We come to your home to measure up, talk through your requirements, and discuss layout and product options. Samples can be brought with us, so there’s no need to visit a showroom.
Once everything has been agreed, we’ll provide a clear, fixed quotation and arrange a start date that suits you.
From there, we handle the full installation — including removal and responsible disposal of your existing bathroom — through to final clean-down.

What’s Included in Our Installations
Every bathroom we install is tailored to the space and the customer, but our projects typically include:
- Removal and responsible disposal of the existing bathroom
- Supply and installation of sanitaryware, furniture, and fittings
- Shower or bath installations, including screens and enclosures
- Wet wall installations, with tiling arranged where required
- Flooring supplied and fitted (vinyl or equivalent, as appropriate)
- Plumbing alterations and upgrades as needed
- Installation of ceiling finishes, lighting, and extractor fans
- Full installation, finishing, and final clean-down
All bathrooms are fully supplied and installed, with product choices agreed during the design and quotation stage.

What’s Not Included (Unless Agreed in Advance)
Our installations are primarily based around wet wall systems, which provide a clean, durable, and low-maintenance finish. To keep pricing clear and projects running smoothly, the following items are not included unless specifically agreed upon during the quotation stage:
- Major structural alterations, including wall removal or significant building works
- Full-room tiling or specialist tile layouts beyond standard wet wall installations
- Re-plastering or decorating outside the bathroom area
- Upgrades to the incoming water supply or main drainage beyond the bathroom
- Extensive electrical works beyond standard bathroom lighting, extraction, and shaver points
- Asbestos identification or removal
- Repairs to underlying issues uncovered once the existing bathroom is removed (such as rotten floors, damaged joists, or concealed pipework)
- Bespoke or specialist finishes outside standard wet wall and bathroom installations.
If unexpected issues are uncovered during removal, these will always be discussed clearly and agreed upon before any additional work is carried out.
Wet wall systems suit most bathrooms, but where tiling or alternative finishes are preferred, this can be discussed and allowed for at the survey stage.
